--From Laure Deherbecourt:
I think it’s a very good book … It’s what you need from time to time, just an easy-to-read novel, telling us a sweet love story (well, 3 love stories in one, in this case). The author’s good writing style and subtle touches of humor were still there. The characters are still funny and touching at the same time. There is a little bit more angst and drama than in the previous 2 novels. But it’s still a sweet and tender hymn to Love which can be found anywhere, anytime … at any age !! And good proof that family isn’t always just composed of blood relatives … the heart family is as important as the blood one (I know this very well ‘cause I’m lucky to have one … ). It’s good to have 2 couples of middle-aged women but it’s also great, for once, to have an even more mature couple ‘cause, nope, not all the couples in lesfic can be in their twenties and have some toned bodies exited right from some fantasies .. And, personally, I prefer from very far, the more realistic persons. I loved the older couple’s intimate scene … it just felt sexy & romantic, so, in a word: authentic.
I’ve been writing since I could read, but I couldn’t seem to finish writing anything fictional. I am a proud member of the Golden Crown Literary Society Writing Academy’s first graduating class from 2015. I finished writing my first book in July 2015 and was lucky enough to be offered a contract for that book in August 2015 by the same publisher as my favorite author, AJ Adaire.
I grew up in Florida, and my partner and I live here with a spoiled Yorkie and a Chihuahua in an honest-to-goodness resort—it says so on the sign out front.
